About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Data Daily website and anything you buy from it. Data Daily is a trading name of Evidence Informed Practice (ABN [to be added]). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

Data Daily sells low-cost digital downloads: short, practical guides and toolkits about reading your numbers, deciding from evidence, using AI well, and building the system. Prices are shown on the result page and in our emails, in Australian dollars.

Buying and delivery

• Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• After payment, we email you private download links for your files. The links work for 7 days; please save your files somewhere safe.
• If a link stops working, email hello@datadaily.app and we will send a fresh one.

How you may use what you buy

• You may use the guides for yourself and within your own business or team.
• Please do not resell, republish, or share them publicly, or pass them off as your own.
• You are welcome to apply the ideas in your work; the wording and files themselves stay ours.

Accuracy and your judgement

We work hard to be accurate and to cite our sources. The guides are general information to help you think clearly, not financial, legal, or professional advice for your specific situation. You stay responsible for the decisions you make.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms removes the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. See our refund policy for how we handle this.

Things outside our control

We aim to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will always be up or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or the guides.
