Our products are digital files you receive and can open straight away. Because you get the product the moment you buy it, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the download links have been sent.
You always keep your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, does not work, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Email hello@datadaily.app with your order details and what went wrong, and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it as appropriate.
